Our receiving hours are between the hours of 7:00 AM EST and 3:00 PM EST
- Non-standard receiving hours are managed on a case-by-case basis, please coordinate directly with a Franke’s associate
If a customer moves forward with Franke’s as their packaging supplier, design services are complimentary
- If customer needs Franke’s only for design, pricing is configured on a case-by-case basis dependent on customer specific requirements and deliverables
We can for an additional service fee
- For strategic customers, we have accommodated delivery at no added fee
Stocked items can be delivered within 2 days
Specialty items are 10 business days
For consistent volume customers, we prefer to work with you to forecast inventory needs, desired inventory levels, and just-in-time accommodations
- We sell both at competitive pricing per availability

Quotes are based on volume and delivery/pick-up
- Dependent on volume, pallet type, condition
Full truck loads are quoted based on fuel prices and delivery distance
Partial Truck loads are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on existing scheduled deliveries for optimization
Our internal fleet supports the entire state of Ohio
For nationwide and international shipments, Franke’s utilizes qualified 3PLs
No but there are price advantages to ordering larger quantities
- In addition, for delivery, service charges will be calculated according to volume
